How many cases are typically on pallet for PET 12 oz bottle? Anyone know?

How many pallets on a typical truckload?

I estimated it at about 90 cases per pallet and a truckload at about 15 pallets. So I think I am somewhere close.

Do you add shipping to your clients ontop of your cost of goods. I figured an additional .20 cents per bottle to be safe, is this accurate, or do you charge the client(distributor etc) the shipping? what is typical.
