How many cases are typically on pallet for PET 12 oz bottle? Anyone know?

How many pallets on a typical truckload?

Hello Brian,
I know from experience with my family that we pack 100 cases per pallet. Mind you that we use cans(12oz) and I could not imagine that there is much of a difference in size. We also ship a minimum of 20 pallets or a 40" container to the United States. If the truck is the "18 wheeler" I have seen them ship the larger container. I only use 40" containers and I would not want to give you mis-information as to the size of the larger container. I hope this helps.

Thanks John:

I estimated it at about 90 cases per pallet and a truckload at about 15 pallets. So I think I am somewhere close.

Do you add shipping to your clients ontop of your cost of goods. I figured an additional .20 cents per bottle to be safe, is this accurate, or do you charge the client(distributor etc) the shipping? what is typical.

Thanks again. I appreciate it.
