Sports Drink in India, Drink manufacturing imputs

Hello Everybody,
Thanks Jorge for helping me find this site.
I am planning to launch a sports drink brand in India. I have done my market/competitor analysis. Have done my STP ( Positioning I need to work a bit) and also have found a potential bottler.
I am writing a business plan to present it to investors, but am really stuck on the manufacturing part. I have tried searching for this but have not succeeded. I hope to get some inputs from here.

I have the drink formulation with its nutrition breakdown but I have made /experimented with this drink at home.I cannot figure out how or what are the resources that I will need to bottle this. I mean just cannot imagine the production process that will preserve my drink and give it a good shelf life.

I want to avoid preservatives dont know if its possible, though Gatorade and Powerade claim they have no preservatives.
If I find someone who manufactures softdrinks (Cola), can I use that company as a contract source, will there be any technical difficulties in the manufacturing process. If I do use contract manufacturing as an option, where do i stand in the manufacturing process, what are my deliverables to the manufacturer.

What kind of investment, not money but manufacturing equipment am I looking at if I do a contract. Do I have to supply syrup/mix, purified water, to the contract manufacturer

I am just very confused on this part and it is the biggest hurdle to my pricing decision, and for creating my financial s.
