Looking for Guidence in Las Vegas Casino Market

I am looking for two things in the Las Vegas Market. One, a wholesaler who deals directly with Casinos but is not one of the huge wholesalers. I do not want to be in the back of someone's book. Typically, my brands do better with Premium Wine wholesalers who carry some premium spirits. Second, a wholesaler or other entity which works with Casino's to create custom items. I want to approach a casino about creating them their own custom labeled brand of Scotch Whisky.
