Look in Inudtry Specific Magazines. Afterall, the best place to find inustry specific information is in an industry specific magazine. Try Beverage Spectrum, beverage Industry, or Beverage World. Look in the back in the classifieds. These are usually better places to start than the internet because the companies pay a premium over internet advertising to get you interested in their services. The more they are willing to pay the more stable the company will be (IMO). There several contract manufacturers out there. Make sure you talk to more than a few. Each will have their own minimums and ploicies in place that they require of you before they do business. Furthermore, make sure YOU own the ingredient profile as well as recipe when the product is delivered.
