It's tough to find reps that want to work comission only but it can be done. Finding outstanding and qualified reps is the easy part. Getting them to work comission only isn't. Creaste some bonuses for hitting their quotas, maybe a trip planned for your top rep, one in July and one in Dec. Company picnics in the summers with "awards" and hand out gift cards to top sales. Nice little incentives like sales meetings, after work, with complimentary food and beverages is always nice.
If they are rewarded kindly for their efforts they will be happy in work and will strive to get those bonuses!!
