• Captured $13M in annual revenues by serving as the project director for a re-launch plan of 17 local print and Internet classified general merchandise products in 19 US markets.
• Triggered $12.5M/year by orchestrating the successful national launch of 2 new products in 15 key markets including Phoenix, Atlanta, Seattle, Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Boston.
• Orchestrated the successful launch of new media technology combining internet and cable TV protocol.
• Leveraged data mining tools to target appropriate customer segments resulting in incremental revenue growth for AutoTrader brands during Q3 & Q4 of 2007 and the product launches of 2 new websites in 2008.
• Successfully merged 2 business units encompassing 18 cities and 600 associates, slashing expenses by $8M/year through technology implementation.
• Implemented high frequency decision analytics and regression analysis to forecast and measure capital project performance in select test markets to optimize revenue results, 15 markets were selected for the launch.
