FOOD SERVICE: 1997-2003 developed trade business and formed special alliances with leading products manufacturers and distributors including SYSCO, US Foodservice, Unified Grocers, Roma Foods, Westco Bake Mark (CSM), Unilever, ProduPan, Coast, Wilton and Ghirardelli among others. Products from these groups were distriuted and exported on a daily basis to and from Mexico to a distance of approximately 1,000 miles into the country.

Special emphasis on very highly needed products for the Cuban National; Dairy products, Vegetable fats and oils and breads. Companies included Nestle USA, Carolina Foods, and Ventura Foods, LLC.

La Bodega Markets Retail grocery stores located in San Diego, CA serving both Californias since 1942. Provided local market with traditional hispanic groceries and specialty departments including product manufacturing; bakery, tortilleria, meat processing ande repackaging plant.

USA Food Service Division: dba. South Bay Foods Specialized in the
import of specialty food service products for the industrial and retail bakery industry. Exclusive alliances with companie like Unilever, Puratos, Dawn Foods and Bakemark.

International Branch: Bodegas Herlomex SA de CV dba La Bodega Specializing the in the sale and distributuion of USA manufactured products to the Hotel, Bakery, Restaurant and Grocery industries. Geographic areas covered include North and Baja California.
