Supertech Food/Beverage Solutions, Inc.-Consulting business started in late 2004. I have worked in various QA/QC/Product Development/Technical Writing capacities over the years. Categories of expertise include, but are not limited to beverages of all types, dairy products, and fruit/vegetable-based food products. I consult from my home office in Medford, Oregon.
Work Experience:
I have worked for Leprino Foods (R&D, QA/QC, Microbiology, Technical Writing capacities), Harry and David (Regulatory-Nutritional Labeling, QA/QC capacities), Sabroso Company (Product Development/Regulatory-Nutritional Labeling, etc. capacities), Food Product Design magazine (Technical Writing capacities), as well as for other companies through my consulting business.

Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Technology-Iowa State University 1978
