Led B2B/B2C E-Commerce implementation, same day processing capability, inventory management, procurement and custom pick, pack and ship. Provided strategic and tactical direction for 41 warehouses and 6 manufacturing sites for a 9-state area. Total financial accountability for fleet, transportation, demand planning and warehouse operations with a combined operating budget of $56 million.
