About Me:

I have been consulting since 2000. I took early retirement from The Coca-Cola Company in May, 2000. I work with a lot of different companies in the food industry.
My degrees are in chemistry & biology with grad courses in food science. I have been very active in IFT, and was the first female chairperson for the state of Florida. I have received The Robert H. Olsen Award and the Distinguished Service Award from IFT.

I am married with 2 dogs and I live in Apopka, Florida which is a suburb of Orlando. My office and lab are also located in Apopka.

Work Experience:

18 years with The Coca-Cola Company
Retired early, and started consulting 5 days after I left the company. I haven't had a day off since!
Now I work in all facets of the food industry. I do Sensory Training, teach food safety & HACCP, do auditing, formulate beverages for companies as well as other products.

Education:

BS in Biology from St. Clair College
BS in Chemistry from University of Central Florida
Graduate Courses in Food Science from University of Florida

Interests:

I love animals, especially dogs. I really enjoy my work and especially all of the different people I get to work with. To relax, I go to the movies. I love to travel.
